These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any product ordered by you on the SOCKS IN A BOX website. By agreeing to order a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing from Socks in a Box
The SOCKS IN A BOX website provides customers with convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
The shopping process consists of selecting a desired product, continuing to the checkout page where all compulsory details must be entered and then proceeding to the payment page.
Payments are processed by our partner Braintree Payment Services. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card or PayPal. We trust our partner to process payments utilizing the latest security mechanisms and are not to be liable if any breaches occur as a result of the way our partner conducts business.
Once your credit card is verified and the payment was processed you will receive a confirmation of order email. Acceptance of your order and completion of the agreement between you and SOCKS IN A BOX will occur when we send this confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason, unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Provision of information
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product from us will be correct. This includes name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. Furthermore, when ordering products, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
SOCKS IN A BOX accepts no liability or responsibility for issues or costs arising from incorrect information being supplied.
Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. Please, see our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Prices are not inclusive of GST as Larga Trading Limited is not GST registered at this stage.
Prices include shipping.
Delivery
Delivery is performed by Fastway Couriers tracked service.
The aim is to deliver the product within 2-3 working days from the date the order was accepted but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. We shall let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Returns
In order to qualify for a refund, purchasers must comply with SOCKS IN A BOX’s Returns Policy.
Cancellations and changes to an order
If you would like to change or cancel an order that you’ve just placed, please contact us at service@socksinabox.co.nz immediately. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Products that have already been sent will need to comply with our Returns Policy.
Faulty products
We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered.
We try very hard to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time. Contact us on service@socksinabox.co.nz for instructions.
We may decide not to replace or refund you for the product if on inspection we find out that the product has been misused, abused or deteriorated through normal wear and tear.
